Table top lighter 1950’s two tone glaze - made in Japan but cannot get it to light

Beautiful table top lighter from 1950’s. We cannot get it to work. The flint needs to be changed.. the roller won’t roll. Still… it is a beautiful piece and if someone who knows what they are doing gave it some love…. Well, she could be new again! Message me with questions.
